PRIVACY POLICY

Engsta Rides (“we,” “us”) operates this website and the member dossier platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and password (stored as a salted hash by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Profile content — anything you add to your dossier: name, nickname, city, bio, photos, vehicle details, playlists, and gear lists. This content is public once you publish your dossier.
• Basic usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security and performance.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
• We don't collect payment information — the platform is free for members.

Public content — think before you publish

Your dossier is designed to be shared. When marked “published,” your profile (including photos, vehicle details, your handle, city/region, and anything else you add) is visible to anyone with the link or QR code. Unpublish at any time from your portal dashboard to take it offline.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication, database, and image storage.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Spotify— when a dossier includes a Spotify playlist, track data and audio previews are loaded from Spotify's public services. Playing a preview connects your browser to Spotify's servers.
• Affiliate retailers — gear links may take you to external stores. Their privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Your choices

• Edit or remove any profile content from your portal.
• Unpublish your dossier to remove it from public view.
• To delete your account and all associated data entirely, email us and we'll process it within 30 days.
